Client Services Administrator

REPORTING TO: Head of Operations

JOB SUMMARY:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Client Service team at Quest.

In this role you will be actively engaging with our clients to ensure they receive exemplary customer service.

The primary focus of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative support for Quest clients and to support the wider operational delivery and business acquisition teams.

Ensuring all duties are completed effectively and in a timely manner.

You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls from externals and internal customers.

Business Sales Executive

REPORTING TO: Commercial Business Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our telesales team!

The role of the Business Sales Executive is to generate new business opportunities by telephone and carry out diary management for the field based sales team. 

You will be calling leads created from our advice lines, data lists, incoming calls and webleads as well as self generating leads for the direct market by identifying prospects and creating sales opportunities.

The department and individuals work to reach sales targets and KPIs.
